We had a fantastic time at Northcotts for our very first tech training session — the start of something exciting! This was all about laying the groundwork, getting everyone comfortable with the basics, and setting the stage for more in-depth learning to come.

During the session, we explored essential computer knowledge — from identifying parts and understanding how things work, to answering questions and building confidence. It was a relaxed, hands-on environment where everyone could learn at their own pace and get stuck in.

This session was all about building that foundation, and next time we’re stepping it up a gear. The plan? Take a full computer apart and put it back together — piece by piece! We’ll be diving into the inner workings of a machine and giving everyone the chance to get truly hands-on.

A huge thank you to Northcotts for welcoming us, and to all the participants for bringing such great energy and curiosity. We can’t wait for the next session — and to keep building skills, one step at a time.
