We had an amazing time during a special one-on-one tech session at Vulcan Community Centre, where we worked side-by-side with a participant to troubleshoot and repair a computer — and even captured some great moments on camera!
During the session, we focused on diagnosing the issue, carefully working through different steps to identify the problem and bring the machine back to life. It wasn’t just about fixing the computer — it was about building confidence, teaching new skills, and explaining how to tackle common tech challenges.
While we worked, we also did some videography to capture the experience. It was fantastic to film the real learning process in action — from small wins to big breakthroughs. You’ll soon get to see some of the highlights and see just how hands-on and supportive these one-on-one sessions can be!
This was just one of many sessions we plan to host, helping people learn, grow, and feel more comfortable with technology. Whether it’s fixing a slow laptop or learning how to keep a computer healthy, we’re here to help.
